  • Father’s Day, Plus a German Chocolate Cake Recipe!

Copious amounts of Mexican food was consumed, my Dad got a cook book signed by Jacques Pepin, and I made him his favorite cake – German Chocolate. My Nanny used to make him this cake for him on his birthday. My Nanny is no longer with us, so I’ve been carrying on the tradition by making it for his birthday and Father’s Day. The recipe is no secret. It’s actually a very well known German Chocolate recipe found on the back of the Baker’s German’s sweet chocolate box. Keep reading to check out the printable recipe!
